Before Sending a Message
Use the official agency first when the question needs a real-time custody answer. This site is not a government office and cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, pending release, released, transferred, on probation, on parole, or held by another agency.
Do not send private case facts expecting an official response. Contact the agency that created the custody, court, or supervision record.
